FAQs

Q1: Why are there more contacts than companies in my list?

Because multiple contacts can be associated with the same company. A single company may have several people from different departments in your list.

Q2: I imported companies from a CSV but LinkedIn data is missing. What should I do?

After importing from CSV, run enrichment to pull LinkedIn data. Select the companies, then click Enrich and choose Find data by LinkedIn URL (if you have the URL) or Find data by name or domain (if you only have the company name). If the name search fails, the system will attempt a domain-based search.

Q3: What is the difference between "Fast" and "Deep" enrichment modes?

Fast mode uses fewer data providers and returns results more quickly, but may miss some records. Deep mode queries all available providers, takes longer, but has a higher match rate for finding emails and phone numbers.

Q4: Why does a contact show "Missing Data" instead of a score?

The scoring system requires specific fields. For companies: name, industry, description, employee range, number of employees, country, and city. For contacts: job title, company, and location. If any of these are missing, the record shows "Missing Data". Enrich from LinkedIn to fill in the gaps.

Q5: Can I keep contacts in multiple lists at the same time?

Yes. When using the Move/Copy to list action, check multiple destination lists to keep contacts in all of them simultaneously.

Q6: How can I find out why a CSV import failed?

Go to Activity, filter by Import contacts from CSV or Import companies from CSV, locate the failed import, and click the row to open the CSV Import Report. It shows which records failed and the reason for each failure.

Q7: How Many Contacts Should I Select per Company?

The ideal number depends on your use case. A general recommendation is 3 to 10 contacts per company, with 5 being a common target. Align the number with your campaign goals and the size of the target company.

Q8: I Cannot Find an Industry on LinkedIn. What should I do?

LinkedIn uses a closed list of industry categories. If you can't find the exact one, use Generate with AI in the Industry filter to identify the closest matches, or use the keyword search filter to narrow results by company name, headline, or description.
