Introduction

Understand what Lists are in Enginy, how they are structured, and what you can do from them.

The Lists section is where you manage your prospect databases in Enginy. It is divided into two main tabs — Contacts and Companies — from which you can organize your data, enrich it, and launch engagement campaigns.

Contacts Tab

Displays all contact records across your lists. Each row represents an individual prospect with fields such as intent signals, first name, last name, contact score, job title, user categorization, LinkedIn profile URL, and more.

Companies Tab

Displays all company records associated with your contacts. Columns include company name, simplified company name, company URL, and associated contacts count.

Switching Between Tabs

Click Contacts or Companies at the top right of the list view to switch between the two tabs. Your filters and column preferences are maintained independently per tab.

Note: The All Contacts and All Companies views aggregate every record in your account across all lists. They update automatically as you add data and cannot be deleted.
