Before connecting Pipedrive to Enginy, make sure your account meets the following requirements. This article covers what you need on the Pipedrive side — for step-by-step connection instructions, see How to Configure Your Pipedrive Integration.
User Permissions
Pipedrive's permission model works a bit differently from other CRMs: the exact scopes aren't something we can list here, since they're configured directly in Enginy's Pipedrive app settings rather than requested individually per connection. In practice, the integration needs read/write access to Persons, Organizations, Activities, and Notes.
Authentication
Enginy connects via OAuth 2.0 (authorization-code with refresh token).
Sandbox Testing
Not supported.
Security
Tokens refresh automatically.
Disconnecting the integration from Enginy also revokes access on the Pipedrive side automatically — no extra manual step needed.
