Create a new Campaign

📣

Inside the Campaigns section you'll find the Create a Campaign button. Clicking it opens a pop-up with different options to start building your campaign.

Options to create a campaign

When you click Create a Campaign, a pop-up opens that lets you choose between three ways to start:

  1. Create from scratch: to build the campaign from the ground up.

  2. Create from template: to start from predefined structures, sequences, and flows.

  3. Create with AI: you describe to the artificial intelligence how you want the engagement to be. For example, you can tell it that you want to reach out by email and, if they don't reply, by LinkedIn, with a series of messages. Through natural language, the AI creates this sequence or flow.

Create from a template

Let's look at how to create a campaign from a template. If you select Create from template, you'll see a series of templates that appear as cards indicating the channels each one includes:

  • Email only

  • LinkedIn + email

  • Email + call

  • And other combinations

On each card you can click:

  • Preview: to preview the template.

  • Use Template: to create the campaign directly and enter its editor.

💡

For example, if you use the LinkedIn + email + call template, a page will open within the same engine.

The campaign editor

Inside the campaign editor you have an editor for the sequence or flow, organized into the following tabs:

  • Editor: to define the sequence.

  • Audience: to select the contacts you want to add to that engagement campaign.

  • Preview: to see a preview of how the messages would look following the flow for the contacts.

  • Settings: where you define the general configurations.

Campaign settings

Within the Settings tab you'll find different sections:

1. General

Here you define the general settings of the campaign:

  • Identity: you choose the identity that will send the LinkedIn messages and emails.

  • Folder: you can save the campaign inside folders.

  • Tags: you can add tags to the campaign.

  • Priority: you can set it as Low, Medium, or High.

  • Email Inbox: to choose between the emails connected to the identity. You can select the Shuffle option, which distributes the lead load across all enabled emails, or choose a specific one for more selective campaigns.

  • Stop Contacts: you have two options:

    • If there is a previous LinkedIn conversation: it analyzes whether the contacts have already been contacted previously via LinkedIn through Enginy (not on LinkedIn as such, but through Enginy on LinkedIn) in another campaign.

    • If someone from the same company replies to any campaign: if someone from the same company replies in this or any other campaign, that company's lead in this main campaign will end.

2. CRM Sync

You have the option to export the contacts to the CRM. You can choose whether to export always, never, or only when the lead replies. You can also export the entire log of sent and received messages.

3. AI Agent

To configure the AI's reply mode. You can choose between:

  • AI Drafts: the AI suggests messages in the inbox textbox and you confirm and send them.

  • AI Replies Automatically: the AI sends the replies directly without your intervention.

You can then select the AI Agent you've configured in the AI Playbook.

4. Channels

You can track email and LinkedIn through pixels. Simply enable the options:

  • Track Email Opens

  • Track Link Clicks: for the links in email messages.

  • Track Message Views: for LinkedIn.

5. Schedule

To define the campaign's schedule. You can use the identity's schedule or define a new one. For both you'll see:

  • The time zone.

  • The selected days with the start and end time.

  • The holidays excluded from the schedule.

Launch the campaign

In the top right you'll see the Launch button to launch the campaign, or the Exit button.

💾

There's no need to save the campaign: just to the left of Launch there's an autosave icon that saves it constantly.

If you click Exit, you'll be inside the campaign, where you'll see the overview, audience, activity, and the summary. From there you can also launch it.

You don't need to launch the campaign from inside the creation modal: you can also do it from the campaign's overview.
