Create an AI Message

Inside AI Messages, there is a button called "Create AI Message" that opens a modal with two tabs: Templates and Customized.

Templates

These are default AI Messages that are already built and specific to each use case, such as:

  1. Warm Follow-Up

  2. Personal Hook

  3. Market Discovery Intro

There are many messages that we, at Enginy, have created by adapting them to what works best. Based on all our experience, the feedback we have gathered, and everything we know, we have created these messages so that any user can enter Enginy and select a variable that sends a personalized message.

🚀

With these templates, the user avoids the learning curve and simply uses templates that are already well thought out and designed for their specific purpose. There is no need to spend time creating a prompt and everything that involves, which requires a certain level of knowledge (technical or structural) to know how to define the prompt properly.

Customized

If we do not want to use templates, we can create customizable AI Messages. In this case, we describe a message objective through AI, and it generates the prompt for us, allowing us to avoid the technical difficulty of knowing how to structure it.

If we prefer not to use AI to generate the prompt, we can create it from scratch.

The "Create New AI Message" modal

Both options open the Create New AI Message modal, which is divided into two panels:

  • Left panel (preview): shows the messages that the AI Message will generate. We can select an identity and a lead to run it on.

  • Right panel (configuration): where we define the AI Message parameters.

Configuration fields

To configure the AI Message, we need to define the following fields:

  1. Name: the name of the message.

  2. Channel: can be LinkedIn Message, Email Message, or LinkedIn InMail. It is used to show suggestions based on the selected channel when editing the campaign sequence.

  3. Tone of voice: we can create a specific one so that the messages are generated following the defined prompt, but with a custom style.

  4. Folder: in case we want to place it in an organized way.

  5. AI model: the model that will be used to generate the message.

  6. Output length: using a slider, we choose the percentage of length (short or long message).

  7. Prompt: the instruction, which we can write in a detailed or simpler way.

💡

The "Enhance" button improves the wording of the prompt in terms of structure and content. In addition, in the prompt we can add variables/attributes (List variables, AI Messages, AI Research, formula fields, custom fields, etc.) to provide more context and personalization to the generated message.

Finally, we click the Create button (bottom right), and the AI Message is created.
