Review General Settings
The Settings section is the control panel for your workspace. Access it by clicking Settings in the bottom-left corner.
Company Identity and Preferences
Navigate to Settings > General to configure:
Company logo and display name — Define how your organization appears in the platform.
Preferred language — Select your language for platform communications.
Beta Program — Toggle to get early access to new features (may be unstable).
Contact hygiene — Enable automatic deletion of contacts without an associated company, export contacts where email domain does not match company domain, or delete non-verified emails.
Warning: Before activating automatic deletion options, ensure your team understands the impact. These changes are permanent and cannot be undone. Contacts imported via CSV are not affected by the automatic deletion rule.
Security
Navigate to Settings > Security to:
Change your password (minimum 12 characters).
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.
Tip: If your team handles sensitive data, 2FA should be standard practice. Each user must enable it individually from their own account.
Team Management
Navigate to Settings > Team to manage your workspace users. This tab is visible only to users with the Admin role.
From here you can:
View team capacity — The counter at the top (e.g., Team 10/20) shows active users vs. your plan's license limit.
Invite users — Click Invite User, enter their email, and submit. They will receive a temporary password.
Assign roles — Choose between User (standard access) and Admin (full access including settings and billing).
Edit permissions — Click the gear icon next to any user to configure granular permissions across three tabs:

Lists | List visibility, delete/edit/import/export access, activity access |
Campaigns | Campaign creation, identities access (all or specific) |
General Settings | Account configuration access, credits usage level |
Note: Permission changes take effect immediately after clicking Save Changes. There is no automatic undo. For the full permissions reference, see the Settings article.
