FAQs

Q1: How do I complete a task?

Click the task row in the Due tab to open the Tasks Queue panel, then click the Complete button at the bottom-right of the right panel. The task moves to the Completed tab automatically.

Q2: What is the difference between the Due, Upcoming, and Ignored tabs?

The Due tab shows tasks that are overdue or due today, your active working queue. The Upcoming tab shows tasks scheduled for a future date that are not yet due. The Ignored tab shows tasks you have dismissed using the Ignore button.

Q3: Can I filter tasks by campaign and owner at the same time?

Yes. The Source and Assigned to filters can be combined. For example, you can select a specific campaign via Source and then filter by a specific team member using Assigned to.

Q4: Where do tasks come from?

Tasks are generated automatically by campaign sequences when a manual step is reached, such as a phone call, a manual email, or a general to-do. Tasks can also be created manually using the Create Task button in the top-right corner of the page.

Q5: Can I reopen a completed task?

No. Once a task is marked as completed, it moves permanently to the Completed tab. If you need to take further action on the same contact, use the Follow up Task button in the Tasks Queue panel or create a new task using Create Task.

Q6: Do tasks also appear in the Inbox?

Yes. Tasks are displayed in the Inbox conversations alongside your other interactions with each lead, giving you full context without switching between sections.

Q7: What does the Start Queue button do?

Start Queue launches a guided session that opens your Due tasks one by one in the Tasks Queue panel, so you can work through them in sequence without returning to the list between each task.
