Below are common ways teams use the Tasks section effectively.
Daily Workflow Management
Start your day by opening the Due tab. Use the Assigned to filter to see only your tasks, or click Start Queue to work through them one by one in the Tasks Queue panel. For each task, take the required action, add a note with the outcome, and click Complete.
Team Lead Oversight
Use the Source filter to see how tasks for a specific campaign are progressing, or use the Assigned to filter to review a specific team member's workload. Switch to the Completed tab to verify that tasks are being handled on time.
Coordinating Multi-Channel Outreach
When a campaign generates a Call task after a LinkedIn message goes unanswered, click the task to open the Tasks Queue panel. Review the contact's full details and Activity history in the left panel before placing the call. After the call, add a note summarizing the conversation and click Complete.
Rescheduling Tasks
If a task is due but you cannot action it right now, use the Reschedule button in the task footer to push it to a later date, keeping your Due tab clean and actionable.
Ignoring Irrelevant Tasks
If a task is no longer relevant, use the Ignore button to move it to the Ignored tab without marking it as completed.
