View Task Details

Learn how to open the Task Queue panel, what information it displays, and what actions you can take from it.

Click any row in the task list to open the Tasks Queue panel, a modal that opens in the center of the screen. To close it, click the × button in the top-right corner of the modal.

The panel is divided into two sections: a left panel showing full contact and company details, and a right panel showing task-specific information and actions.


Left Panel: Contact Overview

The left panel header shows the contact's photo, full name, and job title and company. Four action buttons appear in the top-right corner of the header:

Description

Inbox icon

Opens the contact's Inbox conversation.

LinkedIn icon

Opens the contact's LinkedIn profile.

CRM icon

Opens the contact in your connected CRM (e.g. HubSpot).

··· More actions

Opens a menu with: View in List, Add to blocklist, Add company to blocklist.

Below the header, three tabs organize the contact's information:

Overview

Shows full contact details: Job Title, Time in role, Score, Email, Phone Number, Industry, Company information (Name, Employees, Website, LinkedIn, Headquarters, Score), Work History, and a Recent Activity chart.

Activity

Shows a chronological log of all interactions with this contact: LinkedIn actions, emails sent, tasks created, and other campaign activity (each with a timestamp).

Colleagues

Shows other contacts from the same company.


Right Panel: Task Details and Actions

The right panel shows the task title with its type icon at the top, followed by:

Field

Description

Assigned to

The team member assigned to this task. Can be changed via dropdown.

Priority

Task priority level. Options: No priority, High, Medium, Low. Can be changed via dropdown.

Notes

A free-text area to add notes about the task. Click the field and type to add a note.


Footer Actions

The bottom of the panel contains four buttons:

Button

Description

Ignore

Moves the task to the Ignored tab.

Reschedule

Allows rescheduling the task to a different due date.

Follow up Task

Creates a new follow-up task linked to the same contact.

Complete

Marks the task as completed and moves it to the Completed tab.

Important: The Complete button is only available for tasks in the Due tab. Tasks in the Completed tab do not display this button.
