The Identities Dashboard is the main screen where you can see all your active identities, monitor their sending activity, and filter results by date. You can access it from the left navigation menu under Identities.
Search and Filters
The dashboard includes two tools to help you find and filter the information you need:
Search Bar — Use the Search Bar to find any identity by name.
Date Filter — The Date Filter lets you adjust the time period shown in the statistics. By default, it displays data for the current day.
Performance Statistics
The dashboard displays four key metrics based on the selected time period. These metrics help you understand how each identity is performing across LinkedIn and email.
Metric | Description |
Connections | A comparison between LinkedIn connection requests accepted vs. total requests sent. |
Messages Sent | Total messages sent vs. the total allowed in the selected period. Default limit is 100 messages per day per identity for LinkedIn, and 30 emails per day per identity. |
Replied | The number of emails or LinkedIn messages that have received a response. |
Bounce Rate | The percentage of emails that bounced and were not delivered. |
