Filter and Sort Tasks

Learn how to use the filters available in the Tasks toolbar to focus on the tasks that matter most.

A toolbar above the task list provides four filters: Assigned to, Source, Company, and Task Type, plus a Date control on the right. All filters are available on every tab and can be combined.

Note: By default, the Tasks page loads with Assigned to: Me pre-applied, showing only your own tasks. Click the × on the filter chip to remove it and see all tasks across the team.


Filter by Assigned to

  1. Click the Assigned to button in the toolbar.

  2. Select a team member from the dropdown.

The task list updates to show only tasks assigned to that person.


Filter by Source

  1. Click the Source button in the toolbar.

  2. A modal opens titled Select campaigns, with its own sub-filters: Sort, Identity, Date, Status, and Tags.

  3. Select one or more campaigns and click Select campaigns to apply.

The task list updates to show only tasks associated with the selected campaigns.


Filter by Company

  1. Click the Company button in the toolbar.

  2. Select one or more companies from the list.

The task list updates to show only tasks linked to contacts at the selected companies.


Filter by Task Type

  1. Click the Task Type button in the toolbar.

  2. Select one of the available options: Email, Call, or Other.


Filter by Date

Click the Date button on the right side of the toolbar to filter tasks by date range.
